Founded in 2022, The South African Xball League is a unique paintball competition series that runs events in Johannesburg and Cape Town.

Competitive paintball is an international sport with many leagues and federations across the globe. The SAXL is currently the only competitive speedball league in South Africa.
About Us
The SAXL currently offers X-Ball style events in the 3-Man and 5-Man formats. If you're looking for opportunities to learn how to play, to travel to different countries to play, or to connect with a team to compete locally, you've come to the right place.
The United Paintball Federation is the global organisation for competitive paintball and host of the annual Paintball World Championships in Dreux, France. National teams from across the world come together to compete in the Men's, Women's, Veterans, u19 and u16 divisions.
The SAXL handles try-outs, team selection, media and fund raising for Team South Africa
